A questionnaire that points to one of the body types described in a Chinese national standard, with everyday care ideas and your city's typical weather alongside. It is general wellness information. It is not medical advice, it does not diagnose or treat anything, and it does not replace a doctor. The site is meant for adults. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, over 60, have liver or kidney problems, or take other medicines, ask a doctor before trying anything on the site, and stop and get medical care if you feel clearly unwell.
Price. Seeing your result is currently free in every language. No result payment is required.
If a partner clinic gave you its link, a valid clinic pass also covers the 28-day plan where it applies. Each clinic has a set monthly allowance. If the allowance is used up or the pass cannot be used, you can still see your result free; the free plan needs an available clinic pass.
What you get. A printable plan for your body type and your city, starting from the day you open it: one everyday habit at a time, a dated daily score sheet, a grocery list, acupressure point diagrams, and your city's typical weather for those four weeks. Every step in it comes from the everyday care advice for your type; the order, the dates and the sheet are ours. It is general wellness information, not medical advice, and we do not promise any particular result.
Price. $9.99, one time. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
Payment. Creem processes the payment as the merchant of record, so the charge on your card statement will show Creem, and Creem's buyer terms apply to the payment itself: https://www.creem.io/buyer-terms
Delivery. Right after payment you come back to our site and the plan opens. We also email you a link to it, which opens the plan on any device, up to 20 times in all (each opening or reload counts). If the plan does not open, write to us and we will send it. A plan that is free through a clinic's link opens the same way, but we have no email address to send the link to, so bookmark the page.
Refunds. If you did not receive your plan, you get a full refund. And within 14 days of buying, you can ask for a refund for any reason. Either way, write to [email protected] from the email address you paid with, and we will arrange it through Creem.
The plan is for your own use. Please do not resell it or post it publicly.

If these terms change, we will update the date at the top. The terms in place when you made a purchase apply to that purchase.
May we record how you use this site? We log which pages you open, how far you get in the questionnaire and which buttons you press, along with your country and city. Never your answers. Saying no changes nothing else on the site.
